Terms & Conditions - The Professions Cup

(1) Use

The Event is for your own use only. You are not entitled to sell, assign or sub-license any rights to the Event or any rights granted by us to any third party without our written consent. If you are an agency acting on behalf of a third party, you must disclose all details of the third party before making your booking.

(2) Value Added Tax

All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added to your invoice at the prevailing rate.

(3) Players

Players must provide their own kit unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking. Players at adult events must be at least 18 years old.

(4) Risk

All players play entirely at their own risk and it is the booker’s responsibility to advise them of this.

(5) Responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither The London Soccerdome, Football Nights Ltd, The Football Nights Foundation Ltd, nor any of its trustees, directors, employees, affiliates or other representatives will be liable for any loss or damages (whether direct or indirect and whether caused by negligence or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with the use of The London Soccerdome, including without limitation indirect or consequential loss or damages. Nothing in this paragraph shall limit or exclude any liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence.

(6) Payments

Payment terms – 14 calendar days from the date of invoice where the invoice date is 28 or more calendar days from the date of the event. Where the invoice date is less than 28 calendar days from the date of the event, payment must be by return.

(7) Cancellation Policy

Where cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the date of the Event, we will charge you 50% of the fee. Where cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to the date of the Event, you will not be entitled to a refund and the Fee will be due in full if it has not already been paid.
